Valve cover gaskets are 5/16" rubberized cork suitable for racing. Fits '55-and-newer 283-400 SBC using two-piece rear main.

GASKET MAKER STICK

FLANGE SEALANT
This unique wax-like stick works just like Loctite® Gasket Maker 515™ liquid to form a flexible, solvent-resistant seal that will not tear or decay. Loctite® Gasket Maker Stick seals to 300°F and fills gaps to 0.25 mm. It can be used as a form-in-place gasket on a variety of metal assemblies.

SUGGESTED APPLICATIONS:
Water pumps, thermostat housings, transmission pans, transmission case covers, transaxle casings, and o-ring replacement.

HI-TACK STICK

GASKET DRESSING
Formulated to work like Loctite® Hi-Tack Liquid, but this wax-like stick is less messy, has a low odor, and is solvent-free. Loctite® Hi-Tack Stick sets quickly to a very tacky film and seals and holds the heaviest gaskets in place. Resists gasoline, oil, and common shop fluids.

SUGGESTED APPLICATIONS:
Valve covers, fuel pumps, carburetors, manifold gaskets.
